I am member of the data science staff at OpenAI, where I focus on measurement, experimentation, and post-training. I work on causal inference and experimentation, applied econometrics, and machine learning problems with a focus on implementation and scalability.

I previously worked at Amazon as an Economist and Netflix as Data/Research Scientist. I received my PhD from the Department of Political Science at Stanford University in 2023, where I studied causal inference, machine learning, and political economy. During graduate school, I worked on data science and causal inference problems at Netflix, the Data and Evidence for Justice Reform group at the World Bank, and Atlas AI. Prior to graduate school, I worked in health economics research, and studied Economics at Williams College.
